Note: In order to make the changes mentioned in this article, it is necessary to have admin access. If you do not possess the required permissions to complete this task, please seek assistance from the admin of your company.
→ To begin, locate the "Manage Users" tab on the left-hand side of your screen after logging in.
→ Once you have accessed the Manage Users page, your screen will display the example below.
→ Note that you can use the Search function to help locate the user you are wishing to edit.
→ Once you have located the user you wish to make changes to, click on the user to access their profile.
→ After clicking on the user, a pop-up window will appear displaying the example below, allowing you to review and edit the user's profile.
→ In this editing tab, you have the ability to modify the currently listed email address.
→ If the username matches the email address, it is recommended to also edit it to be the same. This process applies to both types of edits.
→ After making changes to the email address and, if applicable, the username, it is crucial to thoroughly review and verify that the updated information is correct.
→ Once you have completed the necessary modifications, click on "Save Changes" to ensure that your updates are successfully implemented.
→ Upon refreshing your screen and conducting another search for the user, you will observe that their information has been effectively updated to reflect the modifications you made.
