Many of our training courses contain Closed Captions for a more all-inclusive and user friendly experience! Follow this article to see how you can utilize this feature.
Please be aware that certain training courses may not have been updated to include Closed Captions. If this is the case, the Closed Captions tab will not be available within the training course. We are actively striving to ensure that all training is accessible to every user.
→ To begin, ensure that you are on the "My Assigned" page in order to commence your pending training.
→ Click "Launch Content" to initiate the training course.
→ Once you are inside the training course, you can locate a tab labeled "Closed Captions" positioned on the upper left-hand side of your screen. Click on this tab to gain access to the closed caption text.
→ After navigating to the Closed Captions tab, you will notice that corresponding text will appear on the left side of your screen, aligning with the dialogue of the current slide. This text will dynamically update as you progress through the slides.
