How do I view inactive users?

Inactive users can still be located in the system by utilizing the filtering feature.

Please note that in order to execute the actions demonstrated in this article, it is required to have either Admin or Supervisor permissions. If you do not possess these permissions, we recommend reaching out to your company admin for assistance.

 

→ To get started, find the Manage Users tab on the left side of your screen.

 

→ Once you have navigated to the manage users page, your screen will display the following interface. Take note of the filtering options located above the list of users.

 

→ Select the option labeled as Show Active to reveal a dropdown menu.

 

→ To view inactive users, select the Show Inactive option and click on Apply Filters to make the selection take effect. 

Please note that if you select the Show All option, you will be able to view both active and inactive users.

 

→ You will now be able to see all inactive users within your platform. The status of each user will be displayed on the right side of your screen.
